These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gifted Tech Labs website and services, including the AI Mastery course ("Course"). By using this site, requesting a consultation, purchasing a service, or enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Gifted Tech Labs provides website design and development, automation, and related technology services. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement that specifies scope, timeline, and payment terms (typically 50% upfront to start and 50% before launch). Third-party software costs are generally paid directly by the client.

Course Enrollment & Access

The AI Mastery Course is a digital product. Upon confirmed payment, you receive lifetime personal access to the Course at the email address used for purchase. Course access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may update course content over time; purchased access to the Course itself does not expire.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape or reuse content without permission, share course access beyond the enrolled student, or submit false or unlawful information through our forms.

Intellectual Property

All site content, course materials, and code we build remain the intellectual property of Gifted Tech Labs unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Upon full payment for custom development work, the client receives the deliverables described in their agreement.

Disclaimers & Liability

The Course is educational; results depend on your own effort and application. Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifted Tech Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, the Course, or our services.
